Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Returns must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition, in which they were received. 
  • We do not charge restocking fees for returns, and the return shipping charges are divided into the following two cases:

    1. We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received any broken items, or the quality of the products you received is poor/defective. Zedada is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement fees.

    2. You choose the wrong product due to a changed mind, personal reason, etc. The customer is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement postage fees.

  • In the event a returned product is not defective, not the original product that was sent to you, or the product does match what was shown on the Site after our inspection, the product will be returned to you at your cost.
    And the return shipping cost initially covered by Zedada will instead be deducted from the refund amount.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please do not ship the product to the manufacturer.
